★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δε σηκώνουν ποτέ τηλέφωνο..πας εκεί και για να σε εξυπηρετήσουν πρέπει να μιλήσεις με 5 διαφορετικά άτομα.. αλλά όταν επιτέλους σε εξυπηρετήσουν συνήθως βγάζεις άκρη..
Μπορούν και καλύτερα σίγουρα.. λίγο προσπάθεια θέλει.
They never pick up the phone..you go there and in order to serve you you have to talk to 5 different people .. but when they finally serve you you usually get an edge ..
They can do better for sure .. it takes a little effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Δεν φέρνουν το δέματα, δεν απαντανε στο τηλέφωνο, μου έχουνε χασει 10 δεματα μέχρι τωρα, πρεπει καποιος να τους κανει μήνυση.
Unacceptable! They do not bring the parcels, they did not answer the phone, I have lost 10 parcels so far, someone has to sue them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ απαράδεκτοι, 3 μέρες έκανε 1 δέμα να έρθει από Γερμανία στο Ηράκλειο και παραμένει στις αποθήκες του ΕΛΤΑ για 4 εβδομάδες. Ο ΕΛΤΑ είναι για γέλια, προτιμήστε άλλες εταιρίες
unacceptable, 3 days made 1 parcel to come from Germany to Heraklion and remains in the warehouses of ELTA for 4 weeks. ELTA is for laughs, prefer other companies
