N	Nick Womack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel itself is reasonable. Definitely in a good location (plaka is great). Rooms look like something that fell out of 70's New Delhi though. I literally heard a coin drop in another room. Makes it very difficult to relax knowing every noise you make is heard and you can hear everyone around you. Food comes well recommended though I didn't try it

Spoke to the waiter and we sat down. 15 minuters later she came out with one food menu and one wind menu, we were three persons sharing one menu. After another 5 minutes with the waiter paying no attention to us we left. Will not be coming back.
H	Hellar Nirk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emerals is the best choice with kids but why not without too? Really good restaurant menu which varies every day, pool is quite big and deep- 2,5 m. Rooms are with enormous view to Souda Bay. Staff is really friendly and the breakfast is just amazing!

However almost every time we eat there, the service (although friendly) is appallingly slow. Last night when we arrived, the only guests seated in the restaurant, it took over 30 minutes to put in our drink order. The even bigger issue was paying; after asking for the bill three times, we received the check one hour later (and by then, there was only one other table left). The small menu is good, the chef is amazing but they really really need to sort of the service issues.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and understanding of young children. The setting is perfect, with amazing views and close to local shops and tavernas.

A	Adam B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slightly old fashioned small apartment hotel with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Very clean and spacious and very friendly. Delightful pool area and pretty gardens. Short 10 min walk into the village of Plaka which has average restaurants. 5 min drive down to the beach at Almyrida which has some great places to eat.
