★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best food for miles around! Authentic home-style cuisine in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Local musicians play traditional tunes twice a week and the owner is not just a great cook but has a lovely singing voice :) Seriously people -- get yourself up there, we stumbled upon it and it was one of the highlights of our trip!

The family who run it are wonderful warm hosts who were very welcoming
The food was exactly what you want from Crete - delicious family style cooking.
By far my favourite place to eat so far in this area
Can't wait to go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What wonderful evenings we had with Eleni, Makis, and their very talented musician sons Manos and Harris . The food was delicious and service excellent. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, Once the kitchen is closed, Makis sings traditional Greek music with his boys, and Eleni shows us some traditional dance steps. Authentic Greek holiday vibe guaranteed. thank you ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful, authentic Greek experience :). The best place to visit in the evening. We were on Sunday and it had live, Greek music, incredibly good home wine, rakija, great food and wonderful owners. We loved it and will vist it again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super charming family run local restaurant that opens in the evenings (except for Tuesdays) and was usually quite packed with the people from the neighborhood. Menu perhaps not as big as in touristic areas, but delicious. Fish needed to be ordered in advance, but was worth waiting.
I absolutely love the enthusiasm the family puts into running the restaurant and making it special.
