Ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit gutem Essen, Privatstrand und schönen Ambiente.

Люди очень доброжелательные, но после шоколадки Алёнка рекомендую всем перед заездом отблагодарить управляющего дадут хороший номер.

The hotel itself is lovely (and the staff) and rooms are very clean and tasteful. However, we had to upgrade as initially we were given a ‘standard room’; this overlooked a car park (which is ok if you are doing a one night stopover on a motorway). This is not what I would expect in a 4star rated hotel. This meant we had to pay an extra €300 On top of the £1,500 we had already spent for 10 days. Positive points Lovely staff. Beautiful landscaping, very thoughtful planting. Great personal swim up pools for upgraded room with 4 poster sun beds. Clean and tasteful rooms. Overall nice ambiance and would have given more stars had they sorted out the small niggles below. Small niggles Security: open area onto street - woman came in whilst we were at pool outside our room trying to sell flowers/ single rose. Was quite pushy and walked through our pool to pester us. There were no bathrobes or slippers something I expect in 4 star and above. Toiletries were minimal with no shower cap. I love the beach but it was covered in bamboo from the umbrellas, the public beach next door was raked each day and I would expect the resort to do the same. Had to pay for table water in the evening; this doesn’t happen in the U.K./London this needs to be seriously addressed. I don’t mind paying for alcohol or sparkling water however I expect to be provided with free tap/table water. Spa needs to be separated from sunbathers next to pool, not particularly relaxing.
