Appartamento a pochi passi dal mare, proprietari molto accoglienti e disponibili, molto pulito, nelle vicinanze tutti i servizi.

Das Appartment liegt 6,5 km vom Stadtzentrum und nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Zum Flughafen braucht man nur 20 Min.. Der Strand ist gut bietet 2 Strandbars, wo man bei Bestellung z.B. eines Kaffees die Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme nutzen kann. Ein Pool, Toiletten und eine Dusche sind dort auch kostenfrei nutzbar. Das Appartment hat 2 Balkone (einer mit Meerblick), öffnet man beide Balkontüren strömt kühle Seeluft die Raumtemparatur in Sekunden herunter. Zusätzlich ist natürlich eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Unser Appartment war geräumig und mit 3 Betten ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Gefehlt hat uns lediglich zusätzlich zum großen Kleiderschrank eine Kommode für Kleinteile, Wäsche etc.. Das war aber leicht zu verschmerzen, wir haben das 3. Bett als Ablage gebraucht. Die privaten Wirte sind sehr nett, immer hilfsbereit und sprechen gut Englisch.

During my stay here for 2 months I had no problems at all with the hosts. They're friendly and helpful. Its a bit off from heraklio but the busses go at regular times.

Two of us have stayed for 2 days in the 4-people apart in June 2018. The room has partial seaview as was promised. The location was as good as only possible in Amoudara (in general it is not the best choice to stay). The apart is very basic. It has 3 beds for 4 people, but I can hardly imagine how 4 people can stay there longer than for 1 night with luggage. All items incl fridge were old but working. But for someone it may be okey. What was not okey is shower. 1) very small shower bath itself 2) shower mixer gave so few water that it was impossible to wash neither hair nor body without taking of this thing, but having water right out of rubber hose was not the most convenient thing as everyone can imagine 3) more than that the shower curtain was not long enough so half of the water poured to the floor and after each shower we had to collect it from the floor (at least hosts left all essentials for it). I assume that all these inconveniences were created for water saving that is definitely nice for hosts' economy, but very bad for guests. Enother disappointment was airconditioning. While booking it was available but at night when we got tired of struggling with mosquitos (yes there were plenty of them when there is no wind) and decided to close windows we found out that aircon is locked with the key and didn't work. And the last thing - towels and sheets. It looked like water and energy saving went too far. They were so tough like they never saw neither softener nor enough water to wash out soap powder. So do consider all these inconveniences if you plan to stay there as during the check-in we were told the appart was the best they had.

Great owners very nice family makes you feel like home very clean apartment nice garden and sea views very close to the beach close to restaurants and supermarket and close to the heart of the city center 10 minutes with the bus we enjoyed our stay and we will be back again soon spcial thanks for Miss Nicky and all the family members for the hospitality and friendly atmosphere??
