★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staffs working at this location. I dropped off my rental Yaris here before catching my flight to Athens. They offered free drop off to Chania airport and pickup from the airport. This location is located inside a gas station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented for 8 days for at an incredible price. They gave us a brand new car. Took it back just now, they checked it in 60 seconds and said its fine, so nasty business. Free airport transfer with a van to and back, they are 6min drive from the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is great, everything was explained very nice, no rush or to make You skip something. Guys are very nice and polite. They have bus which takes You from Airport to car rental place and back after you return the car. Petrol station next to Enterprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing but positive things to say about Enterprise in Chania Airport. First I must caution you that they are not IN the airport but about a 5-minute drive from the airport, which was a surprise to me. However, our plane landed very late and they not only stayed open past 9pm but sent a van to wait for us. We didn't land till after 10:30 and when we got in our cars and left from Enterprise it was after 11pm, so it was huge that they did that. Giorgos and Avraam were very friendly and helpful and they cut us some slack when we returned the cars, one with some scratches from a chained dog that attacked the car in a remote back road Google had taken us to. This was one of the most-positive car rental experiences we've ever had!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Enterprise was fantastic. They stayed open an hour after they were supposed to close for us and were especially kind about it. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and worked with us when difficulties came up as we were renting the car to make the process as smooth as possible. They were professional and personal and we felt important and appreciated as customers. I would highly recommend them!

The whole rental process was smooth and there were no hidden fees or costs, everything was explained and easy to understand, particularly for a first time renter like myself.
