★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have rented a car from National Enterprise based at Chania Airport. Whilst the collection process was smooth, we are still awaiting our deposit refund after approximately one month, despite also several emails with the manager. This is quite disappointing to say the least. They have not given us an explanation as to why the release of the deposit is still pending. My bank also confirmed that they received no request from the car rental company to release the money so far.
