★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car from here for 3 days and paid €130. Got the car on Thursday at 11 am. By my calculation that would mean the third day ends on Sunday at 11 am. On Saturday evening a guy was waiting at our hotel at 7 pm to pick up the car. He demanded the car be returned by 9 pm that evening. When I told him I paid for 3 days he became argumentative and angrily insisted it was due that evening at 9 pm. I felt a bit threatened by this individual, since there were 2 of them (the other guy was waiting in a nearby car) so handed him the keys. I even wondered if this individual was actually from the car rental company. I will be disputing the rental charge on my American Express card. I was very disappointed in this car rental company and have never experienced this in the multiple countries I have rented cars in. I would seriously suggest choosing a different car rental company when traveling in Crete, Greece
