A pretty accessible resort where we feel spoiled by the excellent services and facilities! Now it offers heater swimming pool 28-32 C! Delicious food Fantastic excursions with their adapted mini busses It is located in a sea side traditional village where everything is ramped and friendly to wheel chair users!

Eria is a great place and the staff are 5 star however it is very expensive. You can buy 4 bottles of beer at the super market (10 minutes away) for the price of 1 at the hotel bar! And it’s not just alcoholic drinks but the soft drinks are over priced too. If I had to go again I would definitely do self catering as the breakfast and dinners are nowhere near worth the money, hot plates are not turned on so the food is cold, food is uncovered with flies landing all over it which is a shame because it’s a great menu but badly executed. The lunch meals were better because it was cooked fresh to order and I don’t understand why it isn’t done like that for the other meals because it’s not like there’s hundreds of people, maximum in the 2 weeks we were there was 18 people so why not take the orders and cook it fresh? A lot of food is being thrown away at eria and it’s unnecessary. The room was nice, a 2 bedroom suite overlooking the front of the hotel and the sea, cot sides on the bed weren’t great and kept falling out when I tried to roll, the monkey pole worked better for me. Shower and sink were ok. All in all I am a bit frustrated with the holiday because the staff were so nice, it was spotlessly clean but the excursions and drinks were very expensive aswel so we ate out for 11 of the 14 nights because we didn’t want to eat there! Shame to be honest.

The most caring and thoughtful staff, with such an amazing knowledge of the area. They cannot do enough for you to welcome you and ensure you have an outstanding holiday. Rooms are spacious and comfortably adapted to suit those who need wheelchair access. The hotel is immaculately presented with excellent housekeeping. Food is fresh and locally sourced. The surroundings are peaceful and make for an excellent holiday.
