★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good place. The car was good and we received a good price as we were staying in the hotel.
The staff are very friendly and give good practical advice about to go and where not to go. This was entirely open, to extent that if you wanted to go to Chania they would recommend getting the bus as it is cheaper and just as easy.
The cars all come with full insurance and no tricky excess policy. The only thing not covered is the bottom of the car. If you take a road designed car on dirt tracks then the owners rightly think you deserve to pay for the inevitable damage.

No fuss, full insurance included as standard and simple, affordable pricing. Went out of their way to be helpful. A world of difference from the awful experiences I’ve had with the big companies like Avis, Europcar etc
