★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 20 days in August 2020. Sophia is an amazing host, we felt well taken care of, and had all we needed. The apartment was comfortable, had all we needed for our stay, was super clean and had an amazing view. We liked the pool too, good for swim and fun too. Nearby beach was cool, but little wavy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to stay, smart apartments, good swimming pool in such a quiet area. Balcony overlooking the sea. No bar here but plenty only a short stroll away which is a perfect option. Sophia is a kind and considerate host. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best experiences I’ve ever had!! Sofia (the owner) was super nice, very helpful, gave us many good tips, and helped us having a great first trip to Crete. The location of the hotel is really good and convenient for the exploration of the west side of the island.
The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, with great views and full equipped. There are many options around regarding restaurants and supermarkets.
The hotel pool is cristal clean, and really convenient for days with big waves in the sea.
We will definitely repeat by Oliva hotel next time we go to Crete!! Thanks Sofia!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the decor was simple and tasteful and functional. pool was very clean. location was great. from the balcony of my studio I had full view of the sea and the watched the sun set and rose. it was the sort of quiet beautiful that I wish to see again. I hope I get to come back here soon and nothing changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a amazing hotel! I couldn’t of felt more at home here. If your looking for a quiet and relaxing stay then hotel Oliva is perfect.
Sophia who runs the hotel has been above and beyond to make us feel comfortable here. When ever we go out around the area everyone also knows her and has nothing but kind words to say. I wish I could stay here longer and will definitely be back at some point again. 5 stars all round!!
If you are looking to go out for a busier night, the main town (Platanias) is only a ten minute taxi drive which we have done twice now.
