J	John Johnston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole holiday was a wonderful experience, the villa is amazing, a great secluded location, but with easy access to all you need. The villa itself is like a resort of it's own, with extensive grounds and dining areas, a pool, jaccuzzi, gym, tennis court, table tennis, the list goes on. As always it is not just the ammenities that count, but the people. The level of help, support and advice from the Etouri team was outstanding from start to finish, with Adonis particulary helpful and friendly throughout our stay. the whole family from 2 years old to sixty had a fantastic time. Thank you Crete and Etouri.

I must express my thanks to Kostas who has been extremely helpful throughout the booking process, which due to Covid, has been over 2 years. He has always responded promptly to emails and went above and beyond with any queries that I had. Kostas arranged airport transfers for us, and I must say that our driver was there waiting for us at the airport with our name on a card and contacted us the day before our return to confirm times. All in all Etouri is a very professional company and I would highly recommended them. I also feel that I need to mention Lliana, who rang me on our first day to check everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. Lliana also responded quickly to my emails, providing us with bus time tables and details on how to book activities. She also found out what bars were showing the F1 race for us ☺. The villa was beautiful and clean and very well maintained, Antonis, Maria and Stellios (the villa owners) were the nicest and most helpful people and Antonis was always available if we needed any assistance. Maria cooked us a beautiful meal, at a very reasonable price.

Our family loved the amazing pool, the beautifully decorated rooms and the wide range of activities on offer. We had brilliant support from Makis, who contacted us regularly to see if we needed anything. The cleaning service was fantastic and the villa was constantly pristine. We can't wait to book again xx

They were so very responsive in the months leading up to our stay, and Dianne in particular made all of the planning so easy and she was invaluable to ensuring our stay was as perfect as it was. Everything was just wonderful - the decor was beautiful, the amenities were great (pool, hot tub, washing machine, table tennis, bbq, kitchen appliances etc.), it was super clean, the welcome hamper was a lovely touch. Adonis personally welcomed us to the villa despite the late hour of our arrival and he was just so helpful. So many recommendations, great communication, flexibility with check out, storing luggage. Great quiet location but close enough to walk to the old town for evening meals/nightlife. We just loved it, thank you all!

They stay in contact during the whole booking period and have even offered a free day at a beach club. The cooperation with Best Cars car rental is also very helpful - good price and very flexible (the car was delivered at our hotel). Great team, so thank you Kostas and George for a stress-free holiday!

The customer service quality is outstanding. During our stay my brother's 2 years old got sick, I called etouri and they managed to get us a last minute private doctor consultation. Then on the next day they called back to check how everything went and if we needed anything else. Highly recommended. Thank you Kostas and Team!
