Ένα ραντεβού ζήτησα για να μην πάω και περιμένω εν μέσω καύσωνα. Η υπάλληλος που απάντησε μετά από άπειρα τηλεφωνήματα με γείωσε και ήμουν μια ώρα στην αναμονή στο τηλέφωνο. Μου είπε ένα λεπτό και ποτέ δεν ξαναπάντησε. Only one star, because there is no lower rating. Zero service. Awful and reducing behavior. I asked for an appointment so as not to go and wait in the heat. The clerk who answered after endless phone calls grounded me and I was waiting for an hour on the phone. He told me for a minute and never answered again.

Για τι να πρωτομιλήσω; Για την απρεπή συμπεριφορά και την ανεκδιήγητη αγένειά τους; Για το γεγονός ότι είναι πιο αργοί και από την καθυστέρηση; Τα τηλέφωνα τα έχουν για ντεκόρ πάνω στα γραφεία τους γιατί δεν τα σηκώνουν ποτέ...Γενικώς τους κατατάσσω στη χειρότερη παροχή υπηρεσιών που έλαβα ποτέ...και να σκεφτείτε ότι λόγω δουλειάς έχω πολλά πάρε δώσε με ΙΚΑ και Εφορεία. Ούτε εκεί δεν έχω συναντήσει τέτοιο χάλι! Ήταν ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ.. Μου λέει καντο μόνη σου. Με αποτέλεσμα σηκώθηκα κ έφυγα κ πήγα Σε άλλη τράπεζα... Κουκλίτσα μου φύγε να έρθει ένας άλλος στην θέση σου που δεν βαριέται να εξυπηρετήσει δεν τα ξύνει σε μια καρέκλα κ δεν έχει το ειρωνικό υφακι σου!!!! V	Valentina Topalović on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very polite and professional staff, I opened a a business account quickly l and received detailed instructions and contact from the mr Tzolidi who served me, he told me to send email or to call him if I have any questions or if I want to schedule an appointment. Also, the vleaning lady was at the service during the whole time of my meeting, and immediately after the party left, she desinfected all the surfaces. From me, it's a clear 5 star review for these guys.
