Καλύτερα να το κλείσουν αυτό το υποκατάστημα , υπάρχουν κι άλλα στον Περαιά ,πιο εξυπηρετητικά, όπως στη Τσαμαδού και στην Ηρώων Πολυτεχνείου. Unacceptable service! Employees do not know their job !! From the internist to the employee !! Better to close this branch, there are more in Peraia, more convenient, like Tsamadou and Iroon Polytechnic.

Χρειάζεται να στέλνεις email συνεχώς μέχρι να απαντήσουν για την πορεία της υπόθεσης. Κακό.... No service. Even with teleworking there is no communication or even an answer. P	Paris Raptis (JPR project) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αυτό το κατάστημα Eurobank κάποτε ήταν υπόδειγμα αρίστης εξυπηρέτησης καθώς με όσους εργαζόμενους είχα έρθει σε συναλλαγή, η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άμεση και to the point ! Πλέον δεν υπάρχει προσωπικό να εξυπηρετήσει και η κατάσταση είναι ένα μαρτύριο ! Δεν μπορώ να κατηγορήσω τους εργαζόμενους όταν με τόσο όγκο δουλειάς το προσωπικό είναι μετρημένο στα δάχτυλα ! Ντροπή για μια τράπεζα οπως η Eurobank ! This Eurobank store was once a model of excellent service as with all the employees I had traded with, the service was immediate and to the point! There is no longer staff to serve and the situation is a torment! I can not blame the employees when with so much workload the staff is counted on the fingers! Shame on a bank like Eurobank!

Είναι απίστευτο το γεγονος οτι ενω είναι η σειρά σου να εξυπηρετηθείς να πρέπει να φύγει ο υπάλληλος για να κάνει κάποια άλλη δουλειά! Είναι δυνατον ενα ατομο να κανει τα πάντα μέχρι και έλεγχο πιστοποιητικών? As the following say, this store needs staff! Well my advice is to avoid this branch or you will need 10 weeks to resolve something!
