 The deposit is cashed and can only be returned 20 days after the return of the vehicle. Best to be aware at time of booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beaware! This is not "on-site" as it appears to be during the booking process, instead it's a shuttle service - it is very well hidden in the small print after you have booked. I called customer service to complain, was told it was clearly stated at point of booking (I can assure you it is not!). Why 1 star? Because I was told it was my fault, nothing could be done and if I am not happy with it, I should cancel it. So I did. There are MANY more local highly rated companies to use, wish I hadn't bothered as I thought an international company would have been the best option. And Europcar, please don't even insult me with reply "thanking me for sharing my experience" by the way. I'm not sharing this for the benefit of Europcar to "learn and understand and thank me for my feeback" ........I'm sharing it for others to be warned and not bother with you.
