They are kind, punctual, helpful. They are not pedantic like other companies. In the past, whenever I rented with Hertz, Avis etc etc I always had problems because they have invented scratches, defects, dents that are absolutely non-existent. Autotrip, on the other hand, is serious and helpful. It was a real pleasure. Thank you for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an excellent experience renting from Autotrip. Quotes and confirmation over email were fast and easy. We were in communication via text when we arrived into Heraklion. While the car we reserved wasn’t available, a comparable car of the same make and size was, for the same rate. Dropoff was easy as well. Best of all the rates were quite competitive for high season (August).
We’ll definitely rent again from Autotrip when we return to Crete!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in Crete, looking for a car to rent we stumbled up Auto Trip as one company with low prices and we went for it. The car we rented was a new model, clean. The contact person was waiting for us at the airport and the car was right out front. In 10 minutes we were driving to our hotel. Definitely a good experience. If we get back to Crete for a vacation we will sure book them again.

All insurance included, minimum paperwork, no need to wait in a queue - they wait for you with your name on a sign at the airport. Cars are perfect with no issues. Guys from the company are great and very friendly. Highly recommended.
