За день до прилета менеджер фирмы написал письмо о том, что планирует встретить нас. В ответ на письмо о том, что мы ни о чем не договорились начали приходить сообщения о том, что мы якобы "не имеем права отказываться", "мы должны принести фирме извинения" и проч. Берем машины в Греции уже несколько лет подряд и, к счастью, это первый случай грубости и неадекватного поведения от прокатной фирмы. Rude managers. Three months before the trip I found out the rental price. The price did not suit me, so the correspondence stopped. The day before the arrival, the manager of the company wrote a letter that he plans to meet us. In response to the letter that we did not agree on anything, reports began to come that we allegedly “have no right to refuse,” “we must bring the company an apology,” and so on. We take cars in Greece for several years in a row and, fortunately, this is the first case of rudeness and inadequate behavior from a rental company.

Μετά από δική τους μη τήρηση των συμφωνηθέντων όρων της μίσθωσης - γιατί 6 μέρες πριν την παράδοση του οχήματος σε συμφωνημένο μέρος και μετά από δικό μου τηλεφώνημα επιβεβαίωσης της κράτησης, μου είπαν ότι δεν έχουν οδηγό να φέρει το αυτοκίνητο στο συμφωνημένο τόπο παράδοσης -, με τον πλέον αγενή τρόπο μου έκλεισαν το τηλέφωνο στο πρόσωπο, αφήνοντας μια οικογένεια επτά ατόμων με 3 ανήλικα παιδιά με 42 βαθμούς στο δρόμο χωρίς αυτοκίνητο. Απαράδεκτο... Lack of professionalism and unacceptable behavior towards the customer. After their own non-compliance with the agreed terms of the lease - because 6 days before the delivery of the vehicle to an agreed place and after my own booking confirmation of the reservation, they told me that they do not have a driver to bring the car to the agreed place of delivery -, with in the most rude way they hung up the phone in my face, leaving a family of seven with 3 minor children with 42 degrees on the road without a car. Unacceptable ...

De auto was proper bij aflevering aan de luchthaven om 22u30, geen transfer dus nog naar depot. Op de luchthaven van Kalamata zijn veel internationale aanbieders, bij deze heb je misschien geen nieuwe wagen maar wel alles wat nodig is voor een leuk verblijf met vervoer in de Peloponnese bergen. Perfecte airconditioning, 5 deurs, voldoende koffer en proper, als waren de m+s banden in de zomer wel niet nodig ?. Als we terugkomen komen we zeker terug maar bovenal hier syeun je een lokale handelaar in een dtreek die niet volloopt van de toeristen. TOP TOP ???? The best, cheapest, friendliest and best car rental company in the area. Perfect negotiations and handling, everything as agreed. The car was clean when it was delivered to the airport at 10:30 pm, so no transfer to the depot. At Kalamata airport there are many international providers, with these you may not have a new car but everything you need for a nice stay with transport in the Peloponnese mountains. Perfect air conditioning, 5 doors, sufficient suitcase and clean, if the m + s tires were not necessary in the summer ?. When we come back we will definitely come back, but above all here you syeun a local trader in a region that is not full of tourists. TOP TOP ????

We are a family of 5, and we stayed in a luxury resort in Greece we were let down by the 'big boys' such as Hertz and were looking to rent immediately from a local company. We were a bit hesitant at the beginning because we're used to the big brands style of service, websites etc. MessiniCar were our choice simply because their phone number was online, we called and within hours 2 cars were brought to us so we could choose the one we liked. The cars were clean, in very good condition, no hidden costs, no nonsense. We dropped the car at the airport with no fuss or extra charges, the only thing is that the cars are not the newest but the service is outstanding and the price represents very good value for money.
