★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bien reçu, personne souriante, je conseil a toute les personnes de prendre l'assurance en plus ayant eu un vol avec effraction a athene je n'ai rien payer et il on changer ma voiture immédiatement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima auto verhuur bedrijf. Werd uitstekend behandeld. Er wordt niet onnodig aangedrongen op onnodige verzekeringen. Ik heb een doorlopende autohuur verzekering voor 75 euro per jaar. Daardoor huur ik veel goedkoper. Zelfs al bij een keer per jaar huren. De meeste verhuur bedrijven rekenen het dubbele.
Great car rental company. Was treated excellently. There is no unnecessary insistence on unnecessary insurance. I have a continuous car rental insurance for 75 euros per year. As a result, I rent much cheaper. Even when renting once a year. Most rental companies charge double that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avions réservé via Easyjet et le prix de la location du véhicule était très attractif. A ce prix-là, sans doute ne gagnent-ils pas assez d'argent, donc ils se rattrapent soit sur l'assurance, soit sur les dommages. Comme j'ai une carte Gold je n'ai pas pris l'assurance.
Quand j'ai rendu la voiture, je pensais partir tranquillement prendre mon avion car j'étais certain n'avoir pas fait la moindre éraflure au véhicule.
Mais eux en ont trouvé !!
De petits éclats minuscules qui étaient sans doute déjà présents à la prise en charge. Le prix de réparation est forfaitaire et complètement disproportionné. Ils savent que vous ne pouvez pas contester car vous avez un avion à prendre.
Bref, des pratiques de voyous. Je vous recommande de prendre en photo le véhicule sous toutes les coutures à la prise en charge et d'avoir les photos à portée de main à la restitution.
We booked through Easyjet and the rental price was very attractive. At this price, they probably do not earn enough money, so they make up for it either on insurance or on damages. As I have a Gold card I did not take the insurance.
When I returned the car, I thought I was going to take my plane in peace because I was sure I hadn't scratched the vehicle at all.
But they found some !!
Small tiny shards that were undoubtedly already present at the pick-up. The repair price is fixed and completely disproportionate. They know you can't argue because you have a plane to catch.
In short, rogue practices. I recommend that you take a picture of the vehicle from every angle at the pick-up and have the photos handy at the return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to hire an Abbycar from Kalamata but was given one from Europcar which I understand is part of the same business. We were pressured into getting extra excess insurance but the Europcar presented to us was already scratched extensively on every panel with a defective headlight.
I’ve given one star because the lady from Europcar who signed us off was pleasant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie rented a car through Check24. When we arrived late at night at Kalamata airport, a gentleman from the rental company Globalcars/ Europcar was waiting with a sign in the arrivals lobby. He picked us up in our rental car (better than expected as it was a brand new Opel Grandland) and drove us 200m next door to the Europcar office to fill in the paperwork.
The service was very good and hassel-free. We returned the car (washed and vacuumed) 2 weeks later in perfect condition. There were no problems with the return procedure, followed by a 1min walk to the terminal. All-in-all very convenient and great value for money.
