In fact, I never knew there was one in Athens and apparently it was the very first one of its kind in Europe. Personnel are very knowledgeable and friendly and they had pretty much every popular Xiaomi product you'd expect. Prices are good and the special offers are even better (I picked some up). Will visit this shop every time I visit Greece in future. Recommended!

Very unpleasant experience, they sold me a xiaomi vacume cleaner that had both software and hardware problems, in association with their service (info quest) the put my purchase out of guarantee. few days after purchase. i lost my money and my time, they are absolutely scams!

Went back this week to buy two further products to compliment what I purchased the previous week. There were two staff members in the store, one junior and another who was more senior ( has facial scars) . I found the first product that I needed easily but couldn’t find the second. Unfortunately the junior staff spoke little English therefore unable to understand what I needed . The more senior staff, spoke better English, I know this because I had a pleasant conversation with him the previous week and he understood exactly what I needed and was helpful. For some strange reason, he refused to engage with me on this occasion when I tried to explain to him what I needed. He cut me off mid sentence, waving me off saying he was busy , then proceeded to type something on a computer in front of him. I found his behaviour very odd not to mention unnecessarily rude, especially for someone senior. What a terrible example for the junior staff!! Disgusting customer service!! . Needless to say I left the shop without buying the second product, and I certainly will not return to that store in future especially as there are other stores selling far better quality product which are less expensive and the staff respect the value of their customers.
