★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place above Lefkada Town. Great view over the sea, mountain and beaches. They have some kind of a mini zoo garden. The church is a quiet place as it has to be. At noon they have break but you can go inside and visit. Don't miss it it is one of the fewest attractions in Lefkada that is not a beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifull monestary. Well worth the trip.
Ladies who aren't covered properly can lend something hanging from the wall when you enter the way to the Church. Which is closed from 14:00 to 16:00.
We arrived at 15:10 and admired the beautifull garden and birds in front of tge monestary. And walked to the back and admired the view from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was pretty and amazing views but it's very small and not a lot of information about the monastery, so it only took us 5 mins to walk around. The small "zoo" is quite depressing, small enclosures and one of the aviaries had a dead bird on the floor of it. I personally wouldn't go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very peaceful place, worth the stop. You can park right by the entrance. The small zoo is right by when you enter and well cared for. It is adviced go wear respectable clothes to enter the monastery. The views are stunning.
