★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο Φάρος Φρουρίου Λευκάδας κατασκευάστηκε το 1861. Το ύψος του πύργου του ειναι 6,5 μέτρα και τό εστιακό του ύψος είναι 17 μέτρα. Η πρόσβαση στον φάρο είναι εύκολη αφού βρίσκεται πάνω στα τείχη του κάστρου της Αγίας Μαύρας στην άκρη της γέφυρας του καναλιού της Λευκάδας. Ο φάρος βρίσκεται στην είσοδο του νησιού όπου δεσπόζει το κάστρο της Αγίας Μαύρας σαν σιωπηλός φρουρός και μάρτυρας άλλων εποχών.
Ο πέτρινος φάρος του περασμένου αιώνα (1861) καθώς και η εκκλησία της Αγίας Μαύρας που βρίσκεται μέσα στο κάστρο διασώζονται πλήρως.
The Lighthouse of Lefkada Fortress was built in 1861. The height of its tower is 6.5 meters and its focal height is 17 meters. Access to the lighthouse is easy as it is located on the walls of the castle of Agia Mavra at the edge of the bridge of the canal of Lefkada. The lighthouse is located at the entrance of the island where the castle of Agia Mavra dominates as a silent guard and witness of other times.
The stone lighthouse of the last century (1861) as well as the church of Agia Mavra located inside the castle are fully preserved.
