★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really wonderful historical place to visit! It takes only 1-3 minutes from the parking place to reach the top which surprises you with a wonderful vista.
Apart from the top, the fort is in quite good condition. It is a definitelly a must-see if you are visiting Lefkada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's free, nice to have a good look around but shame it's currently left to eventually crumble away. Amazing views in all directions, highly recommend if going past or in Lefkada Town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The castle is accessible by car so you only need to walk about 2 minutes on feet to get there. At the top you can get a nice view of the castle's surroundings. The ideal time to go there is at dawn or at dusk because the scenery will be prettier.
