★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice walk (short round ~5km) through a gorge with some parts of easy climbing. We could make it even with carrying a small child. The path is well marked. The return has some nice views. Talk enough to drink as there are no sources. Some people park there cars directly at the entrance. If you don't want to drivel the gravel road you can also leave the car at the paved street (continue and park after the curve at an abandoned factory).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a part of the gorge with 2 kids, 11 and 7 years old. Track is well marked, quite impressing stone structures, we did like it very much, thought some moderate climbing is required. Kids stormed over the boulders with no problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful walk through a semi challenging gorge with some big boulders to climb over.
We decided to extend it but unfortunately there are absolutely no markers and got completely lost, rescued by a lovely Greek farmer who drove us the 5k back to our path. Even then we were over an hr and half from Kritsa with still not a single marker until we rejoined the main path. Pity because it's in our guide bk, the gorge and extended walk, but we think maybe it's not encouraged to extend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enter the bowels of the mountain and escape the sounds of civilization...meaning, I had a peaceful time scrambling around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice walk with some climbing across larger boulders. Parking is right at the entrance of the gorge. There is a sign which points to the entrance. After about an hour we took the first exit to the right and followed the red circular signs for the "short route". Then after exiting the gorge there is a sign with "Kritsa" (yellow signs) and this brings you back to the entrance. Great views and hike!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun and interesting hike up the narrow gorge which takes just over an hour with a couple of stops. There are several points where this is verging on a climb rather than just a scramble, so don't attempt unless you are pretty nimble. We climbed up through the gorge and back via the cliff edge path, but we passed a few groups going the other way, which would seem more difficult. At 10 in the morning we had most of the gorge to ourselves, but it was getting busier by the time we got back to the car at 1230. Parking is limited roadside right where Google directs you to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm an inexperienced hiker, finished the yellow loop trail in 1 hour flat; two small breaks. Passed two families with children on the way, it is doable for sure.
The trail starts out quite rocky so closed shoes are advised. I did it on my normal sneakers. The first 30 minutes are through the gorge and mainly in the shade. The last part is practically full in the sun!
