J	Jude on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location was decent. Close to a rock beach (couple minutes walk), but far from the main attractions of Santorini, such as Oia, requiring long vehicle rides. The villa itself is quite nice, and the service is great (the maids made us some nice pastries without us even asking). Only thing I would say I don't like about the villa itself is the showers are very annoying and continuously fluctuate from hot to cold making you have to constantly adjust the temperature.

Tucked away 5 minutes walk from the beach, bars and shops and 2 minutes walk from supermarket was a little piece of heaven. The villa itself had everything you need plus added luxuries like bathrobes,slippers etc and cleaned daily.....very clean and modern, great bathrooms! The owners were so kind and made sure everything was perfect, even though they lived on-site we rarely saw them, they were very discreet but were there If we needed anything plus they cooked us a tasty cake and savouries. The pool and surrounding area was fabulous, very relaxing, great size pool and plenty of sun loungers. We chose to stay in Kamari as we wanted to be near a beach and have a relaxing holiday and are we glad we did! We visited Oia and Firá and as pretty as they are they are incredibly busy and hot! It was great to go back to the villa to relax and unwind after the craziness of the towns! The island is small so very easy to get around, we hired quad bikes which are great to get around in and easy to park! I would highly recommend a stay at Felicity Villas, can’t fault it!

Gregory and Margarita and wonderful hosts, a truly lovely couple, on hand to help with any advise and we had the privilege of meeting Gregory’s son George and his family too. My husband loved the fruit trees where he was frequently offered grapes. The pool is a good size, warm and big enough to swim or play a ball game. We stayed in villa Victoria which was charming. A large supermarket is just a minutes walk away, and the beach with numerous restaurants just 5 minutes walk. Can’t wait to return next year.

Myself and my partner were looking for a standalone villa, quiet, with swimming pool and bigger than needed for our 2 souls. Eventually, from arrival, we discovered our holiday was going to be the best in many years. Our hosts (Gregory and Margarita) along with the cleaner (Gladiola) were very caring to our needs and present whenever needed. Among other items that made the stay such a pleasant one were the size, cleanliness and attention to detail in the villa (Victoria). Also, Margarita brought us throughout the stay some dishes that were really enjoyable. It was almost painful leaving after a week. ευχαριστώ :-)
M	Meghna Rai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing stay, one of the best I've had so far :) Starting from the villa rooms , to cleanliness , the facilities provided, the pool. What stands out the most is the hospitality of the host. Its just amazing and so warm. No complaints and only good things to day. We felt like home for the whole week during our stay. Sometimes even if we were only inside the villa and did not go out to the beach, we did not feel we missed out on anything. Simply a delight . Will definitely come back and highly recommend this stay <3
