★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bridge with interesting technology, which allows lifting a section of few meters on either sides, and then the bridge turns on an axis and allows the channel to open to the passage of vessels. Few minutes before the bridge is blocked for cars, there is a sound of rising and falling siren. It is advisable to take the time and move to the opposite side and then watch the engineering wonder (otherwise you have to wait around 20 minutes)!
Very nice experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool boat to see, it is just a bridge nothing really special. By luck I watched the ramps go up an the turn to let some passenger boats pass by. It is a really bumpy ride to drive when you go over it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bridge opens 08:00 to 22:00hrs for boats. The quay on the north side should be reserved for boats wanting to transit south, not for long term moorings. No particular where to wait for the bridge when heading north so need to time moving up the canal so as not to have to wait too long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view, looks great when there is a huge line of all shorts of sailing ⛵ boats waiting to pass, Follow the following directions when you pulled onto the island on the bridge take a right follow the road towards the right park on your left hand side you'll see some Evergreen trees and the and it's got some benches with the best view of the bridge swinging and all the boats coming through Enjoy
