Very nice building construction with all comforts inside, the outside space is perfect for seeing the view to the sea and drinking your coffee and letting the children to playing on the grass. There are places for parking inside. The only thing it's no so comfortable is to drive the car from downhill to the center road or the uphill for return to the house cause the road is very narrow and if you crossing with another car you're just f#@# up .Absolutely you need a car (something like a jeep because almost left the carter from my alfa romeo on the ground) At Nikiana (5 min drive from the House) can find everything (markets, butcher shop, cafe, bakery etc. The sea is just few meters under the central road. Lefkada is 15-20 min. drive and Agios Nikitas about 20 min. Final the mansion absolutely is worth for the money cause its the perfect place for children, for the unbelievable view , the comforts and the welcoming guys Dimitris and Christos.
