Y	Yiannis Kranitis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had made a reservation online 2 months in advance only to receive a call the day of arriving to Naxos saying that they didn't have a car. The owner even tried to blame us and not accept in the first instance that their reservation system had failed. Eventually, after insisting a lot, I had them find us another car rental company with availability, but of course, they didn't even consider offering to waive the difference in the daily cost. Unprofessional service, shame for spoiling the image of an otherwise very beautiful island.
C	Clyde Barrow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a car via recommendation of our hotel and everything was just fine. A new car was brought to the hotel and we could keep it overnight without extra charge. The gentleman man was very nice and everything was arranged easily.

Really bad experience with the Naxosway agency, ended up having to pay a penalty for one of the multiple pre-existing scratches which was not clearly drawn in the "contract document". Also, credit card details are taken manually on paper, offering a non-pleasant, unsafe experience to the renter. If you still decide to rent a car from them, be sure to remove any dust and take thousands of pictures of the multiple scratches present in their cars and draw them with surgical precision in the contract.

She offered us a car but while we were getting our papers ready she ended up giving it to people that were behind us in the queue for a higher price, then telling us « sorry its sold ». Left us with a very biter feeling. But thankfully all the other agencies we tried were lovely and much more helpful.

Quick and efficient, during my reservation I had made a mistake on my request ( instead of selecting an automatic, I had selected the manual/ stick one - which I cannot drive at all ), everyone at the office quickly acted and found for us an automatic and even upgraded our car category without additional charges. Thank you Naxos Way for making our first impression of the islanders hospitality so great.
T	Tracey Watts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car and had an ok experience the lady was not very friendly or informative about the service provided or the island itself. We got a scratch on the car from the bushes alongside the road which would polish out and we received a very bad reception and experience. Charged us a lot of money just for the scratch which wasn’t anywhere near as bad as the ones already on the car. Plus we filled the petal tank and had to deal with brakes which where metal on metal. Don’t rent with this company.

However, no way to get a stamp or signature on the contract sheet proving that the car was returned in good condition (non bump, etc), not even an email or a SMS from the rental company. Upon our insisting request, the so-claimed "boss" of the company threatened us violently and said that he would bill us the maximum CDW fine of 750€ on our credit card. Could you believe this ??
