Excellent service no matter how many times I have visited the store. Everything is organized and in their places so that you can be served even if the employees serve other customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst retail and customer service received lately in Athens! If you make a purchase it is not straightforward about getting a refund. Mostly credit! If you wish to use the credit is only possible for full price items. Not to mention the all over the place prices on garments ie some old stickers removed, some not… The Retail Manager (name below) was worse than the staff whom was clueless! Petros Adanalis! He basically smirked and laughed as I was on the line not realising that it was me still, not his colleague! I will never shop there again, besides hardly an enjoyable experience since the shop is dead quiet and not staffed! It is beyond me that in the 21st century you end up with such backward, rude and terrible physical shopping experience! Not surprising though if the person in charge is not a leader or a professional!
