★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst courier company ever. Whenever i habe a delivery with them the package is lost in somewhere. Now i have a package comes from xalandri to galatsi. Each time it arrives to galatsi it goes different locations and it doesnt reach to me 10 days now. When you call pr email them no answer. I ll make a complaint for this courier company and i suggest noone to use their service. They are also very rude with the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An important document sent from Astypalaia on the 4th of February 2020 expected to be delivered by the 6th in athens, actually arrived on the 10th of February without any explanation for the delay of 4 days. It took me one hour to speak with a representative on the phone. After 15min of call waiting the line would disconnect with a machine informing me there was no one available at that moment. Is this what you call 18 € delivery service for a letter? Is this what you mean by customer's service? I wonder.

I mean if some orders take more time than it says on the website of the store you're ordering from,its the store's fault ,not the post office, it ain't their fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not deliver my parcel, I paid for door to door delivery and I did not pay then and to pick up my parcel in their office, what kind of delivery guy they are, 99percent delivery guy in this company are lazy to call their customer before they go for deliver the goods, customers are not waiting the delivery man all the day,
