I also got another necklace that was a gift and was too small - I contacted them and they took it back and installed an extension on it. It was all done very fast and efficiently! I will be buying more jewelry from you guys!
I totally recommend this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a beautiful ring from this store. The ring I liked was too small, so they resized it and had it ready for me in under 24 hrs. They were sweet, were not pushy at all and were very tolerant of us loving on their dogs every time we passed. Great place. Not sure why other people had bad experience.
