I bought rings from here 2 silver ones with ancient greek motif for my daughters which they loved, and one with pink gold, brass and silver which I love, the girls working in the Plaka store very helpful and patient in finding the right sizes etc all half price, very happy with my purchases! Lovely packaging too

There were so many different styles of jewelery that I had trouble choosing. They have mostly silver jewelry, some with opal, aquamarine, and many more items. The staff was awesome, Alex and Jessie(sp) were amazing. They took time to explain the Greek symbols and help me choose.

I bought a piece and was told the Jwellery was gold but I found out on my own later it is gold plaited only ( later found the GP initials on the item too) now that is a serious disappointment because it was supposedly on 50% off and the price I paid for silver and gold plated was much higher than the same item elsewhere!! I asked several times is it really gold or gold plated and the staff insisted it was gold!!! Very disappointing The staff r very pushy misleading and lying to tourists very bad experience!!

Be sure to check the other stores down the street and then come back to this one; I saw but didn't buy the blue and white opal jewelry here even though they were pretty because I had a feeling that they weren't original and the sales associate insisted that I can only find them here; three stores down the same souvenir jewelry street, I found the same jewelry... and the bracelets that they try to sell for 70 € here costs 36 € and 37€ at another store whose associates didn't try so hard to convince me how this and this is so beautiful, etc. I did find a unique piece of jewelry and bought it here (with the silversmither's name carved on the piece of jewelry). However, on one note: I asked the associate if the jewelry was made here as she was trying very hard for a long time to convince me to buy something and she was unable to answer due to her conscience and the other girl interrupted and said that it was made in Athens, which made me suspicious. The other thing is trying so hard and so long to convince your customers can actually make them uncomfortable, make you seem desperate to sell, and can actually be counter-effective when it comes to selling. Anyway, thanks for your time overinforming me.

Ξ€he image of jewelry on their e-shop has nothing to do with reality. In fact, the quality is poor at an overestimated price. Women’s necklace and bracelet chains are too thin to be durable and the pendants on them are too small in size. Further, in terms of silver design, you can definitely find better pieces in other stores.

I feel a bit let down....I came across this shop while strolling around Athens. The sales person was very friendly and helpful and invited me to the shop. I was told there's a special discount of 50%off all items. I was quite sceptical about the displayed prices. One I bought was Euro174 Lapis Lazuli necklace which was purchased at Euro67. Later that evening, I found the same necklace was on Amazon for Β£25 (approx. Euro30). I also read the reviews and found out that the special discount is really not that special after all and for the past +4 years they've been giving the discount. I was just made to believe I've got a bargain. I won't be surprised if I found out that this is not even Lapis Lazuli stone when I am back home. Also Lapis Lazuli is not a precious stone..
