Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό άρτια καταρτισμένο κατανόησαν άμεσα το πρόβλημα μου και μου πρότειναν την καλύτερη δυνατή λύση! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα! I had a problem with the heating and I was looking for a long time to find a solution! Until I visited that store. Superbly trained staff immediately understood my problem and offered me the best solution! I highly recommend it!

Y	Yiorgos Karakatsanis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ δυστυχώς η επιχείρηση έχει κλείσει και ακόμα δεν το έχουν καταλάβει. με το που μπαίνεις λες οτι βρίσκεσαι καπου στα 90ties. έστειλα ενα συνεργάτη να παρει ενα υλικό, του είπα να ζητήσει τιμολογιο, τελικά του έκοψαν απόδειξη λιανικής με την δικαιολογία οτι δεν μπορούσαν να βγάλουν τιμολόγιο. οταν τους το είπα είπανε οτι ο συνεργάτης δεν ζήτησε. πηγα πίσω να επιστρέψω καποια καπάκια που δεν κάνανε για την χρήση που ήθελα και για ενα ποσο 20 ευρώ, ενοείτε είπανε οτι δεν δίνανε χρήματα πίσω, τελικά μου δώσανε ενα τηλέφωνο μπάνιου και ενα σπιράλ. το αστείο της υπόθεσης ειναι οτι πηγαν να μου πουλήσουν εξυπηρέτηση οτι τα πράγματα που μου έδωσαν προς αντικατάσταση(αξίας λιγότερο απο 10 ευρώ, κινεζιές) κάνανε και παραπάνω απο τα 20 ευρώ που τους είχα δώσει και μου κάνανε και χάρη που δεν ζητήσανε διαφορα. απο τις λίγες φορές που νοίωθω οτι έφυγα απο μαγαζί και με έχουν κλέψει. η προηγούμενη κριτική εντελώς παραπλανητική και καμμια σχέση με την πραγματικότητα, προφανώς καποιος συγγενής. όπως έγραψα στην αρχή το μαγαζί παραπαίει, και με τέτοια συμπεριφορά στους πελάτες είναι θέμα χρόνου να σταματήσει την λειτουργία. και τις δύο φορές που πήγα δεν υπήρχε άλλος πελάτης για δείγμα. πραγματικά κρίμα να λειτουργούν καταστήματα με τέτοιο τρόπο. unfortunately the business is closed and they still do not understand it. when you enter you say that you are somewhere in the 90ties. I sent a partner to get some material, I told him to ask for an invoice, they finally cut him a retail receipt with the excuse that they could not get an invoice. When I told them they said that the partner did not ask. I went back to return some caps that did not work for the use I wanted and for an amount of 20 euros, you mean they said they did not give money back, finally they gave me a bathroom phone and a spiral. The funny thing is that they went to sell me a service that the things they gave me for replacement (worth less than 10 euros, Chinese) did more than the 20 euros I had given them and they did me a favor by not asking for anything different. from the few times I feel like I left a store and have been stolen. the previous critique is completely misleading and has nothing to do with reality, obviously a relative. as I wrote at the beginning the store is faltering, and with such behavior to customers it is a matter of time before it stops operating. Both times I went there was no other customer for sample. really a shame that stores operate in such a way.
