T	Thenia M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Διάβαζα πριν λίγο καιρό τους σχολιασμούς της Γεν. Ταχυδρομικής (μάλλον το κεντρικό Αθηνών ήταν) και μου φαίνονταν κάπως παρατραβγημένα τα πράγματα. Προσωπικά όποια παράδοση έχει γίνει σε μένα ήταν άψογη, το προσωπικό πάντα φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό τόσο από κοντά όσο κι από το τηλέφωνο. Κι επειδή έχω κάνει και κάποιες αποστολές σε εξωτερικό, το ίδιο ισχύει και σε αυτή την περίπτωση. I was reading General Post's annotations a while ago (it was probably central Athens) and things seemed a bit overwhelmed to me. Personally any delivery made to me was impeccable, the staff always friendly and helpful both close and by telephone. And because I've done some overseas shipments, the same is true in this case.
C	Cos Ble on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε επικοινωνία μου με το κατάστημα Γλυφάδας στις 13/09/18, 16:30 μετά από 2 προσπάθειες, που στα 2 με 3 λεπτά αναμονής έκλειναν την γραμμή στην 3η προσπάθεια και μετά από αναμονή περίπου 10 λεπτών ζήτησα από την υπάλληλο σας να ενημερωθώ πότε θα παραλάβω την αποστολή με αρ. **************** και η απάντηση ήταν στις 14/09. Οταν επέμεινα γιατι δεν παρέλαβα σήμερα αφού από τις 8:01 ήταν στη Γλυφάδα με ενημέρωσε ότι είχε προβλημα κάποιος υπάλληλος και δεν έγινε η παράδοση. Τόσο απλά χωρίς καν την ανάγκη να ζητήσει συγνώμη για την αναστάτωση. Όταν επέμεινα ότι όλη την ημέρα ήμουν εγκλωβισμένος περιμένοντας και έπρεπε τουλάχιστον να είχα ενημερωθεί η απάντηση που πήρα με αναιδέστατο ύφος ήταν ότι έπρεπε να ενημερώσει για 100 αποστολές και δεν μπορούσε εξάλλου μου εξήγησε ότι οι παραδόσεις δεν γίνονται την επόμενη εργάσιμη ημέρα αλλά έχουν περιθώριο μερικές!!! ημέρες και θα επρεπε εγώ να τηλεφωνήσω για να ενημερωθώ και αν βιάζομαι να περάσω από το κατάστημα της Γλυφάδας να παραλάβω. Θεωρώντας αφ' ενός απαράδεκτη τη συμπεριφορά της υπαλλήλου σας και αφετέρου τη συνολική εξυπηρέτηση μου από την εταιρεία σας αφού ενημερώσω και τον αποστολέα για τη λάθος επιλογή του ως προς την αποστολή θα αποφύγω στο μέλλον κάθε παραλαβή από την εταιρεία σας. v	vereggaria1983 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι και αγενέστατοι στο κατάστημα της Βέμπο. Ο οδηγός δεν έρχεται καν να παραδώσει τα πακέτα. Δεν σηκώνουν καν το τηλέφωνο! Σε αναγκάζουν, αφού περιμένεις μέρες, να πας από εκεί να το πάρεις και έχουν και την απαίτηση να πληρώσεις τα έξοδα μεταφοράς, βρίζοντας σε αν δεν το κάνεις!! Μάλλον είναι το σύστημα τους για να βγάζουν λεφτά, χωρίς να δουλεύουν ιδιαίτερα! Σου λένε "θα βαρεθεί το κορόιδο και θα έρθει από εδώ"!! Στο Internet γραφουν ψέμματα ότι έχουν περάσει να στο παραδώσουν και λείπεις (ενώ είσαι εκεί και φυσικά κανείς δεν περνάει). Υπάρχουν και άλλες εταιρίες courier. Έτσι όπως το πάνε, θα κλείσουν σίγουρα! πολύς κόσμος είναι αγανακτισμένος! Και το 1 αστεράκι πολύ τους είναι! Unacceptable and rude in the Wembo store. E	Enrikos Giannelos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι!! 1) Περνάει ο οδηγος υποτίθεται και δεν χτυπαει κουδούνι, δεν παιρνει τηλεφωνο (παρολο που ημουν στο σπίτι την ωρα που ηρθε το μηνυμα ότι πέρασε και δεν με βρηκε) 2) τους παιρνεις τηλεφωνο να συννενοηθεις γιατι εγινε αυτο και επειδη το βιαζεσαι να δεις ποτε μπορείς να το παρεις και σου επιτιθενται κιολας αγενεστατα... 3) πας και το παιρνεις μονος σου το δεμα για να σαι σίγουρος ( εμβολια κτηνιατρικα) και τα βλεπεις σπασμενα... Ανταγωνίζονται σαν κατάστημα το κατάστημα των Χανίων που είναι ότι χειρότερο υπάρχει στην Ελλάδα αυτή την στιγμή. Το μόνο που μπορούμε να κανουμε ενάντια σε αυτή την απαράδεκτη εταιρεία είναι όταν παραγγέλνουμε ένα προϊόν να ενημερωνόμαστε πρώτα με ποια εταιρεία courier συνεργάζονται!!!!Ετσι σιγά σιγά και οι επαγγελματίες θα τους απομακρύνουν. Unacceptable service, phones never answer, you wait for hours. They are competing as a store in Chania, which is the worst in Greece at the moment. The only thing we can do against this unacceptable company is when we order a product to be informed first which courier company they work with !!!! So little by little the professionals will remove them.

Ούτε σημείωμα βρέθηκε φυσικα, ούτε το κουδούνι μου χτυπησε, ούτε το τηλέφωνο μου και επίσης ήταν κάποιος στο σπίτι όλη τη μέρα. Προσπαθησα να επικοινωνησω στα τηλεφωνά τους αλλα ούτε καν έκανε κλήση, επεφτε η γραμμη. Το δε site τους πεσμένο και αυτο... Θα το καταλάβαινα να έλεγαν αδυναμία παράδοσης λόγω φόρτου εργασίας και παράδοση την επόμενη αλλά το να σε κοροϊδεύουν μπροστα στα μάτια σου δεν είναι χαρακτηριστικό σοβαρής επιχείρησης. Διάβασα και σε άλλα reviews και μάλλον είναι η τακτική τους να λένε ψέματα. Επιπλέον πριν μια μέρα κάλεσα και λένε ότι δεν είχαν το πακέτο ενώ το είχαν και δεν είχαν ενημερώσει το σύστημα. Αν ήμουν εταιρία ούτε τσάμπα δεν τους έδινα τη δουλειά!
