They never pick up the phone.
They never leave a note if you are not home.
Really difficult to receive any kind of parcel from them.

The delivery guy is not even trying to do the least to deliver your order, he wont even read the names on the door, he just writes unable to deliver even though i've always scheduled my time to be there and wait for him. They never answer the phone and in the end you always have to go get the package from there even though you have paid for shipping! Also too slow, they take 3-4 more days than other couriers....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any company that uses this taxydromiki I will NOT be doing business with. There is no way I will buy products from a business who works with taxydromiki. This company is inefficient, disorganised and they lie about delivery of packages. I was told to expect a delivery 11-5pm Thursday and no one came. Then they updated the order to say they had tried to deliver it, but I was home the whole time and no note was left to say they had come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courier didn't deliver the order from the Heel Athens Lab during 2 weeks for the reason - unknown recipient, although there was correct address and 2 phone numbers mentioned ??♀️ Always busy or non-answering phone number. Had to pick online order in their office by myself, although delivery was paid! ? awful experience, headache for customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience seems to differ alot from most of the others. I called the local office 2 days before the delivery to confirm everything was on track, the lady was polite and helped. Then I called again on the day of delivery to give my phone just in case the driver couldn't find my house, he even called when he delivered the package. My only issue is that it took a full 4 days for the delivery and the time they gave was 10 am to 5pm which forced me to take a day from work. Still though its Greece and things like this happen all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t deliver your items immediately,Instead they will send you message and ask you to call them.However They won’t answer any phone call.worst they will hung up.it gives frustration for us who is waiting our package which we give our exact address.but still they will put unknown location and recipient when you try to track your package.really waist of time.
