W	Waltraud Angermayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage! Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, wir hatten ein relativ großes, offensichtlich neu renoviertes Badezimmer. Die Betten könnten besser sein, es knarrt und quietscht, sobald man sich umdreht....! Das Restaurant ist wirklich hervorragend, die Speisen zum Abendessen abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Der hoteleigene Strand ist sauber, es sind ausreichend Schirme und Liegen vorhanden, diese werden umgehend nach dem Verlassen gereinigt. Der Pool ist groß und sehr gepflegt, wurde während unseres Aufenthalts kaum von den Gästen genutzt . Das Personal ist flink und sehr freundlich. Die Bucht ist schön, die Umgebung hat jedoch wenig zu bieten, ein Mietwagen ist ratsam. Für Urlaubgäste, welche die Ruhe suchen und die Vorteile einer überschaubaren Anlage schätzen unbedingt zu empfehlen!! Very nice, well-kept area! The rooms are well equipped, we had a relatively large, obviously newly renovated bathroom. The beds could be better, it creaks and squeaks as soon as you turn around ....! The restaurant is really excellent, the meals for dinner varied and tasty. The hotel's own beach is clean, there are enough umbrellas and loungers available, these are cleaned immediately after leaving. The pool is large and very well-kept, was hardly used by the guests during our stay. The staff is quick and very friendly. The bay is beautiful, but the surrounding area has little to offer, so a rental car is advisable. For holiday guests who are looking for peace and quiet and appreciate the advantages of a manageable complex, it is definitely recommended!

Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. It was excellent. So nicely located super nice clean and hospitable. The beach is quiet and beautiful. An absolute recommendation. We would book again at any time.

They escorted me slowly around this ground-heaven and to my room. They took time to show me everything and shared warm conversation about evething. They offered suggestions on things to do and where to go during our stay. They also made reservations for any things you can imagine during my best holidays. They were a great help and also friends. The VIEW,layout and quality of the room were exceptional. Housekeeping did a great job with my room and I was never inconvenienced during stay. People there are amazing. It shows that they really care about their guests. I definitely would recommend Avra Palm to anyone traveling to Crete.I hope to return soon and would never consider staying anywhere else!!!!!!
P	Philipp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know who's that disgusting unfriendly blonde woman is who works at this hotel. But we picked up some friends at the hotel. After telling her we wait for our friends she came back and got furious and aggressive telling us it's illegal to pork here and we have to leave immediately this place. I never met such an disrespectful and worse human in my life. We perked outside and picked up our friends later. Since we come to Greece every year I told this story friends of mine and they made the same experience. They wanted to check out the hotel because they wanted to stay there. Got kicked out furious from that weird blonde woman. At least we found it funny and will never book here. Since this is no behavior for an adult I would not recommend this place. It looks fine but staff like this is a no go. Wouldn't feel comfortable. Our friends won't come here back either. But there are a lot of nice places near this one with the real Greek friendly humans.
P	P T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a quiet peaceful vacation then avra palm is the place for you. This is the right place for everyone who is looking for a break from a stressful city. The barista does a very good job! Feedback to the hotel operator, the light on the beds is a bit cool. A warmer light bulb would be an improvement.
