What i Liked particularly: Entertainment/animation program Delicious Food Beautiful Territory Amazing Beach with a Blue Flag What I would charge: Room we got was rather a 3 star hotel standards, never take standard room here, they have new renovated rooms, but for some reasons all persons from our country received the same type of room without an opportunity to change. Almost entire animation program is in French, wish it was an echo in English You need to pay for gym admission - 1st time i see such a requirement Deposit for towels in cash No body lotion Personnel could have been more friendly
P	Pasecinic Dumitru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place! Got a rather dark room the first night, but as soon as we let them know, they did all they could and gave us a better room the next morning. This place is beautiful, people are exceptionally friendly, the food is delicious, the beach is clean, room cleaning is great and fast. I am amazed and will try to come again.

Evening animations for children practically do not exist, once during the trip there were some, but only in French. I do not recommend to Poles everything that is adapted to French citizens. My previous trip to Greece was much more successful.

Like some said it is noisy at beach so sometimes nice yo go somewhere quieter. Staff were wonderful. Food at Thalassa out of this world. Mateo there was beyond amazing. It is a long way from airport and it is last stop so I would highly recommend getting a private transfer/taxi we went end of summer and I think our English kids would have been bored if came with as no other English there or kids their age. Hotel said very few English visit so would be similar all times of year. I would definitely go back. I did feel decor in rooms let them down a bit as rest of resort was amazing and would have liked own kettle. But all in all amazing resort, beautiful, great staff and food. Would return. Thank you

Our agency (or the hotel?) got the dates mixed up and it ruined our holiday. Why do you continue to take bookings from agencies you know they are fraudulent. Why do you let them advertise your hotel when you (as your staff said) have always had major issues with these agencies.

Mostly French but they can communicate in English also, we had a beautiful room close with garden view and close to the swimming pools/bar (only if you want to go to sleep early you can be awake from the little party's they do at the evening). Good food with many variations and extra restaurants. Animation team is very polite and they do many things so you can always join anything, they also have one person to watch the kids if you want that, it looked very nice for the kids. We also got the spa & swedish massage and it was very very good! No cheap hotel but it's worth it! Greets!

Staff always wanted to help but in the meantime they weren't intrusive. Food was very diversified - everybody could find something delicious to eat. Beautiful place with well-kept gardens and swimming pools. I'd a lovely, bright and big apartment with impressing view. This place is a little far from the airport but it wasn't a big issue for me :)
