Global Rent a car - drafaki

Very bad. Never had so bad car and service in a rental car. The breaks were not ok. The service was bad. They wanted to charged me for one day because i was late 20 minutes. I had to put air all days because the light was on in only couple of hours. Never again.

Great service. Would recommend.

Very good cars and top services. They took us from and to the airport and that was great!

To avoid!! Far from the airport Terrible staff member not honnest They forced me to pay 200€ for a Tinny things (2cm) which were probably there from the beginning. He complained because I gave the car back with 30 minutes delay. Crazy Thanos guy !! Use global rent is the beat way to end your holiday with a nightmare Last time for me!!

Avoid this rental company. They are not honnest. When I arrived 2 were almost fighting with them. When I returned the car I understood why they fought. They were checking every centimers of the car to find something to charge. I had to pay 100€ for a tiny scratch of 2cm.

RENTER's BEWARE This company is very dishonest. We rented a vehicle thru Imperial Car Rental. Global Rent a Car was the subcontractor. Upon signing the rental agreement, they advised me that there is a maximum €400 charge for any incidental. I wasn't sure what he's referring to but, later I understood the meaning of it. This is the trap they catch you with, despite the fact we've paid the extra fees to have FDW coverage. When we retured the car, they tried to frame us for a dent and charge us €80 for the so claimed damage. I refused to pay the claimed amount under the understanding that FDW payment will cover such incidents. The manager was very rude. We were 4 people with all of our luggages. When we booked the car, we were asked to pay two way fees transportation to and from Port, to their office. Because we didn't pay the €80 they claimed we owed them for the damages, the manager refused to give us a ride back to the Mykonos Port and left us stranded in their parking lot. We've managed to call a cab and headed our way to Mykonos Port. My suggestion is to NEVER use this company fit your car rental needs. They will frame you for various damages regardles you'repayingtheextra coverage, or not. To convince yourself, read also other's reviews about this company. I'm not the only one claiming this kind of acts of bad practices. The manager is the malicious one, rude and aggressive with their clientele.

We found a car available with global rent very last minute in high season (august), after checking 3-4 others agency that didn't have anything available. We got offered a small Nissan for 350€ for three days and a half. They came and met us at the port and brought us the car, however when we arrived they surprised us saying that they do not offer any insurance with the car. Even if we wanted to pay more we couldn't get any insurance. First time I could not get an insurance renting a car,as we are used to always get full insurance with any car we rent. Also they make you pay a deposit of 750€ in case anything happens to the car. We were very skeptical, but we had no choice than agree. Took lots of pictures and videos of the car, and off we went. The car was good, just had a very hard friction. When we returned it they checked it, and we didn't have problems...probably also because the car had already enough scratches and bumps when it was given to us so they didn't care much. They drove us to the airport. Luckily we had a very good experience with global rent overall. We do recommend taking lots of pictures and videos of the car and make sure they note all little imperfections down when they give you the car

Helpful staff and nice guys, they took us from the airport when we arrived and they gave us a ride when we leave. Highly recommend them
