A	Anar J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. They arrived late, we had to call them, they are unrespectful, unpolite and rude. They try to get money out fo you in every way possible. SCAM!
J	Jean J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a scam, they are thieves. I strongly recommend to avoid! When arriving we had to wait for more than an hour before a shuttle picked us up from the airport. The guy in the agency was extremely unpleasant, not willing to say even one word apparently. On the way back same awful experience with the same guy. He said we did a scratch on the car (car was actually full of scratches+a big bump on a door when they gave it to us at our arrival+tank was only 2/3 full+tires orange light on), without proof he charged us EUR350 for that scratch. We challenged his decision. Because of that he refused to call the shuttle that was supposed to drop us off at the airport. First time we are confronted to such an awful service and person. To sum up we rented a car for EUR 360 and were charged an extra EUR 350 for a scratch they couldn't even prove we did. As there is an EUR 850 deposit you find yourself forced to pay to avoid being charged even more...I guess this is how they make money so just avoid the place! If you are still going to go, one advice for you: be prepared, patient and take a lot of pictures to cover yourself!

Rented a car through enjoy travel, when I landed in Greece I went on the side where the shuttle buses wait for their clients. I was waiting there for 45 minutes and decided to call them. They said the driver was on the way, 20 minutes later still no driver, called again they said he was busy he is on his way. Finally after landing at 10:00 am they came to pick us up only to find out that they gave our car away to someone else when when we arrived at the car rental place!! Pathetic!! They took us back to the airport and dumped us there empty handed. They took my deposit and now Enjoytravel is refusing to refund me!

Nice car, drove over 1000km, all went well and smooth, no problem at the check-out as well, great holiday overall. The only thing I didn't like was a pick-up at the terminal. We arrived fairly late and needed to call several times. Of course no one was picking up phone at first and we started worried thinking that they would simply be closed already and make a no-show. Luckily, the woman picked up but then we had to wait for a shuttle bus to pick the car. Again we had to go to the parking and look for the neccesary shuttle bus, ask everyone around if they are the one we are looking for. Once we found each other, the rest went well and smooth, employees were friendly. I just hope the pick-up procedure was smoother and more client oriented without needless worries.

He was very unkind and never apologized for having us waiting for 40 minutes in front of the airport. When we wanted to call from the desk in order to cancel our booking, he refused and then ignored us. These people should not be employed

Made us wait for 45 mins in the heat at the airport for a shuttle despite us calling when we landed to let them know what time we would be through. The guy was then rude to us in the transfer and told us we had told them the wrong time. They then didn't have a manual car which we had booked, so we were forced to accept an automatic. When we returned, they tried to tell us we had returned it with less fuel than we took it with, and it was only when we stood our ground that it was the same (3 out of 6 bars) that they suddenly dropped it and said everything was fine.

I was given a brand new diesel car and it was absolutely perfect. When I went to drop off the car the process was quick and I was able to go to the airport with time to spare. Will be renting from them again.

The car was new (only 20.000km) they were very polite and nice, specially the old guy who received our car and took us to the airport. I wish everybody could treat people like that. They’re just a few minutes from airports. A small advice, just make sure to give them a call when you arrive at the airport so they can go and pick you up, I didn’t know that and was waiting in the parking lot for a while, after I Called them, they were there in less than 5 minutes. Thanks!
