★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάνε 19 ημέρες που αγόρασα το 6μηνο πακέτο και πλήρωσα την ακριβή εγκατάσταση του εξοπλισμού τους. Ήρθαν τα εγκατάστησαν όλα και άμεσα άρχισαν τα προβλήματα ιδίως με το streaming!!! Μου υποσχέθηκαν ταχύτητες μεγαλύτερες των 25Mbps που στην ουσία δεν υπηρξαν ποτέ!!! Ποιό σύνηθες να παίρνω κατί μεταξυ 1-6 Mbps που δεν φθάνει για πολλά πράγματα!!! Η εξυπηρέτηση μετά την εξώφληση... ανύπαρκτη... όσες φορές το σήκωσαν άκουγα μόνο δικαιολογίες και ότι αυτο΄τα βλέπουν όλα μια χαρά... όσες φορές μου είπαν ότι θα έρθουν δεν ήρθαν... και πια δεν σηκώνουν ούτε τα τηλέφωνα!!! Αύριο θα πάω από τα γραφεία τους να τους επιστρέψω τον εξοπλισμό τους και να απαιτήσω τα χρήματα μου πίσω. Μακρυά από κάτι τέτοιους... βρείτε άλλη λύση...
It's been 19 days that I bought the 6-month package and paid the exact installation of their equipment. They came in installing everything and immediately started the problems especially with streaming !!! I promised speeds of more than 25Mbps that they never really had !!! What is it that I usually get between 1-6 Mbps that does not reach for many things !!! The service after the redemption ... nonexistent ... as many times as I picked up I only heard excuses and that they see everything fine ... as many times they told me they would not come ... and they do not even pick up the phones !!! Tomorrow I will go out of their offices to return their equipment and claim my money back. Far from something like this ... find another solution ...
