Around September 5 th we went into Vodaphone to add Greek service to our phone. We were waited on by Maria K and she did an excellent job. She sold us what we needed, made sure it worked on our phone, and was very friendly. We really appreciated her work and friendly chat about Corfu. Mary Lou and Bob

We went there today at 20:30 they told us the store is closed ??? While the sign says they are open till 21:00 !! And we double checked in google and yes it is open till 21:00 . Well looks like they are not in the mood to work . The staff is also rude and not professional at all. If you ask them a question none of them has an answer , that’s unacceptable. You should train your team better ! When we told the store manager that the sign says it is open till 21:00 she just run away and left us behind the closed door

Rude people with minimal english skills. Could not get a prepaid sim due to the flow they have in Greece (which is different from Romania). But they couldn't explain plainly why and the flow and just choose to be rude.

Saleswoman was very helpful, just needed a prepaid SIM card for vacation. Vodafone coverage seems spotty but worth it to be able to use maps etc

Asked for sim cards to use in Albania. SIM card did not work and could not get refunds. Lost 180e for 7 useless sim cards. Don't trust them. Or even better, don't go there at all.

The employees were nice but we’ve been scammed. Maybe not on purpose? I don’t know but we asked for a sim card for Albania, paid 30€ for it and when we went to Albania it stopped working ? The employees was probably not speaking English properly. If you really need a sim card for Greece you can buy it there but for others countries its better to buy it at another store.

For three weeks straight they have not been able to provide a simple paper of proof of ownership to a phone number. Apparently their digital system does not work and has not been fixed (no ETA either) and doing it on a paper with a Vodafone stamp/signature is just impossible. Three weeks. That’s how long they’ve delayed been able to properly use a phone number. In addition to selling a phone number that can’t be used they’re not willing to give a refund either. This is most likely against any reasonable consumer laws. Suffice to say. Go somewhere else. Vodafone in Greece seems to not only be incapable but also probably breaking some laws.
