The employee is very rude. As well as the owner. What's worse !!!! No service. And one star falls a lot on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε επαφή με το κατάστημα για αντικατάσταση της κάρτας του κινητού της μητέρας μου ετών 78 με αναπηρία (διότι δεν μπορούσε να κοπεί η παλιά για να τοποθετηθεί σε νέο κινητό) η μόνη απάντηση που πήρα ήταν ότι μπορεί να γίνει μόνο με φυσική παρουσία.....Πόσο άχρηστοι μπορεί να είσαστε? Αν ήταν νέο συμβόλαιο ή μεταφορά από άλλο πάροχο μια χαρά έρχονται οι κάρτες πχ με την ταχυμεταφορικη ,συμπεριφορά κακού δημοσίου υπαλλήλου...
In contact with the store to replace the card of my mother's 78 years old mobile phone with a disability (because the old one could not be cut to be placed on a new mobile phone) the only answer I got was that it can only be done in person ... ..How useless can you be? If it was a new contract or transfer from another provider, the cards come in handy, for example, with the courier, bad behavior of a civil servant ...
