★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely seamless hire ! there was ladies waiting for us with a name card at the air port. took us to the car hire car park and office just a mile away. quick payment and info taking. absolutely no hidden charges what so ever. we paid what we was quoted. dropped the car off and was returned to the airport with no fuss. Thank you ladies !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not correct Athens Car. Pay for one car brand, and they give you a different one. And they want , more money . The airplane was late and they make you pay more money for being late , when you can’t control when the airplane will arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Athens Car Hire twice now and would continue to use them. The customer service is excellent, polite and friendly. The pick up and drop off from Chania airport was easy and convenient, without any delay.
The car we hired on both occasions was exactly as described. We like to thank the staff for making the whole experience so easy and convenient.
We would always continue to hire from Athens Cars when visiting Crete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those people are great… everything as agreed, no hidden cost, even didn’t ask for credit card as guarantee. The nice lady waited for us at the airport with our names, quick car transfer to the parking (by the way parking is 3 min walking away), quick procedure to take the car, the car was clean and in perfect condition… for every recommendation. When return the car they just check for the amount of fuel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car rental experience I’ve had. Car is was old dirty and broken, e.g. peeling paint, faded seats, missing driver side sun visor, windshield wipers not working. We complained and were told “nothing else is available”. After paying 400 Euros for a 5 day rental. Also ordered the “car pickup from hotel option”, which I am currently waiting for half an hour after the appointed time. Bunch of crooks, steer clear.
