E	Erica D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Flight was delayed, and they cancelled reservations. Offered to switch booking for just 300 euros more! Price gouging at its finest. Extremely rude staff. Avoid at all costs.
S	Sap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can definitely recommend renting a car in the city. The office is located near the Acropolis which is super convenient. We got a bigger car (which we really liked, condition was very good). The staff was very friendly, spoke good English. We checked the car together and they took photos. Smooth return of the car. Checked everything again and refunded the money. Took about 5-10min. Only negative point was that the tank wasn’t full (even tough it was supposed to be). But due to the upgrade, it didn’t bother us at all.

I scratched the car and fixed it with the garage they asked me to use (Skoda on Synggrou, amazing btw) and still they asked me to pay 700euros because I had to fix the WHOLE front of the car. I had to call my lawyer for then to drop the act. They finally managed to make me pay for administration fees that I saw only too late had not been properly declared (no VAT) so it will most likely go straight to their pocket. You've been warned. DO NOT USE this rental company. Really...
K	Killian Cousin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning, simply the worst rental car experience of my life. 1 week rental, the car breaks down after 3 days, mechanical problem, probably in bond to the state of maintenance of the car. Broken down at 2:30 am, on the highway, in a wonderful security parking, with a viewpoint on an oil refinery. No response from the emergency number between 2:30 am and 7:30 am, stuck, less than 1 hour of sleep in a car, no support by the agency between 7:30 am and 3:00 pm (car towing time), we were abandoned to our fate, without any access to drinking water, in Greece, August 10th 2021, under 40 degrees, we were 3. Ultimately, it was a highway maintenance agent who help us, he called the agency and threaten them to warn police. Finally in Athens around 4:00 p.m (taxi at our expense of course), beware, the special Green motion’s customer experience is not over ! Athen’s agency asks us to pay the repair costs of the broken down car to get back the new, blackmailing, when we still have 4 days of rental already paid. On the repair invoice proforma, surprise, 55% discount, we asked randomly for 70%, they said yes, but only by cash to maintain 70%, that’s lets you imagine integrity of this company… We called the local police, fully aware by the notoriety of this agency but unfortunately powerless. Never again and at your own risk.
C	Cristina Borrego Bonilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE terrible terrible. They are THIEFS. They cancelled our car because we paid from 10am, and arrived at 11, which means we gave them a free hour. They had us waiting for 40minutes. After, they said if we wanted the car, we had to pay 90€ more or we lose everything. No return of our money. They were laughing at us. Please, AVOID GREENMOTION, honestly, pay more in a decent company and you will save time and a bad experience.

I came with a voucher for an unlimited km, there is a 200 km limit and ask for an extra 25 euros 3. Cars look very bad 4. They asked for insurance of 45 euros daily with a participation of 450 euros Just do not use them

The booking process was seamless and its confirmation came just hours after. The car I got was the one I was promised, relatively new and perfectly clean. In the end, the checkout process with Aldo was fast, getting all required documents filled in no time and my deposit back instantly. I will definitely use their services in the future.
