On 14 August 21 we rented a car for the day. They gave us a better car than the one originally rented. And when returning we had a flat tyre. They helped us with everything, paid for the repair and waited for us the same day until well after closing time. We were late because we didn't get the car repaired earlier. I recommend it 100%. If we come back to Athens, we will rent from the same place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a mixed experience with these guys. On the plus side they had a car for me without reservation. Very friendly and spoke English. On the minus-side: we discussed three marks/damage on the car and while it's my mistake for not double checking, when i returned the car found out two damage items had not made it on my carbon copy of the rental paperwork. I should have checked, but come on! Also, you'll drive around Greece advertising that you're a tourist (HERTZ stickers in both windows) and advertising for Aegean Airways without compensation. I thought rental cars were now always unmarked since German tourists were targeted and murdered in Miami years ago?
While i have yet to see whether I'm charged for damages i didn't cause, they promised me on the phone that i would not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged a hefty fee for “biological cleaning” due to some sand on the car seats? Claiming the seats are stained? Maybe they should tell us the whereabout of the stains first. Sand is not a stain that requires “biological cleaning.” Photos from when returning the car.
