β β β β β We booked Fiat 500 cabrio for ten days. The car was delivered to our hotel and was picked up the same way. It was so convenient. I've got exactly the same car which I ordered with full insurance, unlimited km. Can only recommend the company.

I booked the car few days before pick up (reservation with 20% payment) and got an info/feedback immediately after booking with contact names and numbers for when we arrived and requests for anything else they could do to help. Prices very favorable in comparison to the other car rentals and their offer in the area (Retimno/Crete).Reserved an Opel Corsa, but got ... Suzuki Baleno :-) Easy and quick collection and drop off at the hotel, full insurance, free GPS, very nice contact at location. I highly recommend this car rental.

Hiring a car while travelling abroad can be a journey by itself to find a) the right car b) the right price and c) the right service !
At least in Crete Voyager SA is offering this service. I rented a car for Pick up in Rethymnon and return at Heraklion airport, no problem. Delivery time and spot, no problem. Quality of the car, no problem since there is a wide range to suit all budgets and not so common you will know in advance the year of the car's firs use (Kia Picanto 2019 automatic for me).
Small downpayment through the website and cash payment to collect the car, was my choice to manage my holiday budget. Paperwork done in 5 minutes and off I went riding through Crete in a clean and safe car.
The return was as easy with clear instructions (100m from the departure teminal and a nice lady who contacted me well in advance of my departure time to ensure everything was OK).
Efharisto Poli Takis, you can count on a new loyal customer for my trips to Crete ;-)

β β β β β For the very first time I havenβt hired a car through one of the well known car hire portals but directly via the local company Voyager in Crete. After reservation I received the most detailed information how handover upon arrival/return upon departure works including pictures and half a dozen phone numbers in case of questions or an emergency. Payment upon arrival was easy. Hence, all went completely smooth and the agents upon arrival/departure were very friendly. The car was running well and I was very glad that the brakes were working properly. Hiring a car from Voyagers in Crete was an exceptional experience, and next time in Crete I will hire my car with them again.

β β β β β Voyager were extremely helpful. Our flight arrived at 20.30 and Voyager's friendly and English-speaking staff were on-hand to make our collection quick and easy. The location is a very, short walk from the airport so easy to find and access. The car was clean and in excellent condition. Communication during and prior to pick up were clear and helpful. I would definitely recommend Voyager.
