★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top notch service! We've got a C-class automatic car for a decent price, and it proved to be a good decision for mountainous Cretan roads. They explained every detail of the contract, gave quite a few advice about where to go, and, more importantly, where not to go. The car was nice and clean, had no issues with it. We would definitely recommend renting with this agency, as everything was really smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a VW Polo at this agency. We followed the owner's advice and upgrade for a small amount of money to this car which has more HP. We are a family of 4 and did trips to Chania and the southside of the island. With the August temperatures, good airco is a necessity and as the terrain here is quite mountainous, including some steep climbs, you really need the power under the hood. The people in the office are very friendly. The car was very recent and clean. An excellent experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car for three days at this enterprise location in Rethymno and we’re super happy with the service. On arrival Maria greeted us very friendly and informed us about everything we need to know about a safe drive around Crete including traffic signs and radar.
She also gave us an upgrade for the car which was a really nice gesture as it was much easier for those steep streets in the mountains. Manolis, her colleague made sure everything is safe and sound.
After return of the car she gave us instruction on how to get around with a bus and showed us the bus station. All in all, very personal and friendly service.
I can highly recommend this rental station.

Maria was amazing and helped us through the process - even letting us borrow her charger! The process was super easy and friendly and we both recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service from the office in Rethymno was very good. Maria will guide you in all what you need to know and Manu is always available if something is needed. Our car was in good condition and maintenance. If we go back to Rethymno for sure we will rent our car again here.
also, if they offer you an upgrade of car accept it (usually you will be changing car from gasoline to diesel). What you pay more in the rent you will save it fulling the tank at the end and you get a better car.
