β β β β β If I could give 0 stars, I would do it. NEVER NEVER GO HERE! On our 3rd night there, the housekeepers has robbed 3 rooms, including ours and took all the cash from a closed luggage (!) as well as 1 cell phone. When we informed the reception about it, they were uncooperative and unwilling to call the police and really resisted that we report it. Plus they said that it is our fault and we should have left our cash at the reception. I have never thought that something like that could happen in a hotel and that the staff would cover up each other. DO NOT STAY HERE for you own good!

β β β β β Very good hotel!We had a superior room in mezanine,so it was easy to handle with kids.I would certainly recommend it for family with children.Food is ok,classic breakfast and dinner,good choice.
Around 10km near Chanioti you have many beaches with small sand.

β β β β β Rooms are ok, but bathrooms are small and old. Wifi is very bad. Pool is ok and clean. Brekfast is fine, but dinner is not so good, food is cold and bad preparation. Stuff is ok, they change you towels every morning. Food in town is cheap, and for the amount of money that you give for food in hotel you can have very decent meal in restorant in town.

β β β β β The rooms are to small. Inventory is old. The toilet is extra small. We waited to enter the restourant to have dinner almost 15min. Dinner was awful. Breakfast is meh. The garden is big and it has 2 swimming pools and a fountain-waterfall, which is attractive. Everything else is meh. It is 5-10 min away from the beach. Very few parking places. 2 stars just for the looks.

β β β β β I stayed with my daughter at the hotel in August 2019. I can not describe how terrible rooms, service and food was. Staff was the most rude and unpleasant and treated guests humiliating. I even don't want to remember that complete nightmare.

β β β β β A good place. The service is great. The only thing is that the road nearby is audible. But that only matters to some. The food is great. Greece is beautiful!

β β β β β We were in a room on the 4th floor and was awful. In the toilet there was a stinky sewer, a door rotting because of water. At the restaurant, the cutlery was dirty, I wiped it with a handkerchief every time. Tea and coffee cups also. The food was ok, it was selectable. A man who worked there one morning yelled of me and my friend, because we enter with backpack, that had nothing but a phone and towel. Even though we showed him and told that we go to the game right after breakfast, he kept yelling ... l will definitely not go there again.
