Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό. Δωμάτιο άνετο με θέα απεριόριστη και πολύ καλό μενού για παιδιά.... Θα σας προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα ξανά...

Έμεινα στο ξενοδοχείο το τριήμερο του Αγίου πνεύματος. Υπέροχη φιλοξενία με πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό. Μεγάλη ποικιλία φαγητών ποτών και επιδόρπια...Μειναμε σε Μεγάλο άνετο δωμάτιο με ιδιωτική πισίνα ... Σας ευχαριστούμε, θα τα ξαναπούμε σίγουρα...!!!

Jeigu vertinant tik šeimos su vaikais komfortą, tai jo labai trūko. Registratūroje užlaikė su pervargusiais, verkenčiais vaikais, kad tik užpildytumėme iš karto tas jų ilgas, niekam nereikalingas registracijos formas. Mums paskyrė kambarį, kurį reikia pasiekti keliant vežimą per laiptelius. Visą savaitę nėra kur leisti laiko su vaikais ar kūdikiu, pavyzdžiui, nėra nei žaidimų kambario, nei vaikams aikštelės lauke kur būtų galima paleisti saugiai vieną vaiką pažaisti su žaislais. Tad visą laiką tenka leisti ant gulto, vandenyje, ant paplūdimio akmenų arba eiti į kambarį, kad vaikas pažaistų. Blogiausias dalykas, kad įvairūs svečiai nežiūri, jog šalia kūdikis, vaikas ir rūko pūsdami dūmus į vaikus, o rūkančių labai daug. Teigiami dalykai tai, kad yra baseino galas dedikuotas mažamečiamas. Kambaryje pastato lovytę. Maistelį kūdikiui galima pasišildyti mikrobangų krosnelėje. Valgomajame yra kėdutės kūdikiams. Didesniems vaikams galima parinkti sveikesnių patiekalų iš bendrai patiektų pusryčių, pietų ar vakarienės. Personalas palankiai žiūri į kūdikius ir vaikus, su jais bendrauja. Viešbutis tinkamiausias vyresniems svečiams. Netgi pramoginis vakaras buvo orientuotas į vyresnius žmones, iki 24 val. garsiai leido muziką, kvietė linksmintis pagal tradicinės muzikos ritmus, trikdydami kitų žmonių miegą, poilsį ir ramybę. Kambarių garso izoliazija bloga.

New, comfortable and clean hotel. Good equipped rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Avoid!!! We’ve been there for 5 nights, management is totally poor and doesn’t care about people at all. Only one girl on reception tried to help ( she is new starter), managers ignore guests and don’t even say hello. In the room mould smells!!! We tried to change for a different room, but it doesn't help.. smell is everywhere. It is not 4 stars hotel at all!!! No slippers, no robes, tv doesn't work. Food is very mediocre, no fruits, no seafood, choice is limited.. It supposed to be “all inclusive” but it’s not really! Included only cheep alcohol and soft drink, if you want to take something better you have to pay. Beach is very small, a lot of small stones, the entrance to the water in the stones, often big waves. Our holiday was spoiled because of all those services we received! Please avoid!!! You can find hotel much better. After answer add: we didn't see “ four “restaurants.. there was only one restaurant with no fruit ( except apple, water melon and orange). Also, when we just came we have to walk around hotel with luggage looking for room, because even hotel worker can’t find it and show it to us. I don’t want to argument with hotel’s comment, but we were in 4* hotel in Creta.. and it is not!!! service everywhere around hotel is absolutely unacceptable ( except lady that did cleaning in our room, she was very nice) the hotel can be made good if you start taking care of the guests, add fruits and a variety of food, give out slippers and bathrobes and put the rooms in order (the window in the bathroom should open, there should be a partition in the shower so that water does not pour all over the room)
