Le prix proposé cette année est raisonnable 35€ avec une voyage en bus vers agios nikolaos le voyage en bateau et un repas (très bon - grillade + salade). Le prix de l entrée sur l ile de Spinalonga n est pas inclus). Seul bémol l absence de dynamisme de notre guide. We went through this agency for a day trip to Agios Nikolaos and the island of Spinalonga and we are very happy. The price offered this year is reasonable 35 € with a bus trip to Agios Nikolaos the boat trip and a meal (very good - grill + salad). The price of entry on the island of Spinalonga is not included). Only downside lack of dynamism of our guide.
T	Tiberius Sempronius Gracchus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Anbieter für Tagesausflüge zu günstigen Preisen. Nur 200 Meter vom Hotel entfernt einen Anbieter zu finden, der z. T. die gleichen Ausflugsziele für ca. 1/3 des Preises wie manch andere Agentur anbietet, erschien uns fast zu schön. Wir haben dann aber aufgrund der guten Beratung (z. B. erkundigte sich der Reiseleiter telefonisch nach dem Preis für eine Kombikarte, die sowohl für das Museum in Iraklion, als auch für Knossos gültig ist, durch diese Info konnten wir insgesamt 30 Euro Eintrittsgelder sparen) drei Ausflüge gebucht: Spinalonga, Iraklion (Markt am Samstag und freie Zeit bzw. Museum) und Knossos inkl. Hochebene von Lassithi (Zeushöhle). Wir wurden pünktlich (maximal 10 Minuten später, wenn man bedenkt, daß ca. 8 Hotels angefahren werden ist das pünktlich) mit dem Bus direkt am Hotel abgeholt und auch wieder zurückgebracht. Die angegebene Zeit, wann wir wieder zurück sein werden wurde jedesmal etwas unterschritten. Die Reiseleitung spricht mehrsprachig, darunter auch deutsch. Man bekommt einen Empfänger und einen Kopfhörer. Der Reiseleiter spricht dann über den angegebenen Kanal, sodaß man ihn auch in großen Gruppen gut verstehen kann. Alle Ausflüge waren sehr schön. Wir werden bei Haytours gerne wieder Ausflüge buchen, wenn es uns wieder nach Kreta verschlagen sollte. A provider for day trips at reasonable prices. But then we have due to the good advice (for example, the tour guide inquired about the price for a combo ticket, which is valid for both the museum in Iraklion, as well as Knossos, through this info we could save a total of 30 euros entrance fees ) booked three excursions: Spinalonga, Iraklion (Saturday market and free time or museum) and Knossos incl. Lassithi plateau (Zeus Cave). We were punctual (maximum 10 minutes later, considering that about 8 hotels are approached is the punctual) with the bus directly at the hotel picked up and brought back. The specified time, when we will be back again was always slightly below. The tour guide speaks several languages, including German. You get a receiver and a headphone. The tour guide then speaks on the specified channel, so that you can understand him well in large groups. All excursions were very nice. We will gladly book excursions with Haytours, if we should go back to Crete.

K	Katja Hertig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir buchten eine Tour nach Spinalonga. Busfahrt war gut, Katharina die Reiseleitung sehr freundlich, sie sprach Deutsch und Englisch. Das Boot war schon gut gefüllt, als wir ankamen. Fahrt nach Spinalonga war sehr angenehm. Auf der Insel selbst waren wir den teuersten Frappe trinken ( für griechische Verhältnisse) , dafür mit toller Aussicht, während der Rest der Gruppe die Inselführung machte. Danach sollte es zum Schwimmen zu einem wundervollen Strand gehen. Also von Strand wollen wir gar nicht sprechen. Ca 100 Menschen auf 20m gequetscht. Wir waren stattdessen spazieren. Dann gabs "BBQ" , es war ok. Rückfahrt mit dem Boot nach Agios Nikolaos mit 1 Std Aufenthalt. Alles in allem kann man den Ausflug machen, sollte nur keine grossen Erwartungen haben. We booked a tour to Spinalonga. The bus ride was good, Katharina the tour guide was very friendly, she spoke German and English. The boat was already well filled when we arrived. Drive to Spinalonga was very pleasant. On the island itself we were drinking the most expensive frappe (by Greek standards), but with a great view, while the rest of the group did the island tour. Then it should go to a wonderful beach for a swim. So we don't even want to talk about the beach. About 100 people squeezed in 20m. Instead we went for a walk. Then there was "BBQ", it was ok. Return by boat to Agios Nikolaos with a 1 hour stop. All in all, you can do the excursion, but you shouldn't have great expectations.

Outre un safari 4x4 et une excursion sur l'île de Spinalongua, nous lui avons loué un véhicule pour 2 jours (dimanche et lundi). Elle nous a amené la voiture à l'hôtel le samedi à 21h00 et est venue le récupérer le lundi soir à la même heure. En outre le tarif fourni comprends l'assurance complète alors que d'autres prestataires de location proposent différents tarifs (selon le niveau d'assurance choisi) et ceci pour un coup moindre. Je conseille leurs services à 100%.
