★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel in the middle of Chania. Nice location with free parking nearby. Receptionist was very warm and helpful, gave a lot of recommendations. Clean and spacious, although a little bit old, good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good choice when visiting Chania. We stayed in the 3rd floor room with an amazing view of the harbour.
Rooms are clean, oldfashioned in a good way. and comfy.
The hotel is run by two brothers who are both very nice and helpfull.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location and great hospitality! The hotel has its own vintage style with modern bathroom. If you have a window to the port, you will enjoy your staying more, especially during the nighttime. We love the small streets connecting your from the center to the hotel location which has lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops around. Only thing to consider, old town area closed to the cars so you better find parking spot next to the port and then 3 mins walking to the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hosts and amazing view from the room! Giorgios (the owner) is very polite and helpful with tips about what to do in the town. The location is perfect at the heart of the old venetian harbor. The room was very clean and tidy. The view is astonishing! We will come back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helena Hotel is the best experience we had on Crete. The room was super clean and well equipped, but what the most important – is the view of the city center from your window. I found extremely satisfying just watching the city living, and our room was the best spot for it. Great thanks to the guy from the reception (I am so sorry not remembering your name!) who recommended many delicious places to visit. We covered several of them and every time it was something worthy.
Will return to spend more time there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located right at the old port. The rooms are nice enough but what is outstanding is the hospitality of receptionist George, he is well versed with the culture and will give you advice on anything you might want. Enjoyed my stay more then anywhere.

George was a very friendly guy and he suggested us where to eat or how to go to beautiful beaches. the room has no balcony but has windows that look exactly like you are on the balcony. a coffee or a glass of wine there enjoyed a lot
